We value the security and privacy of your financial Data (the information stored by the Application). This Privacy Policy describes what information Ponman ("The Application") processes, where it is stored, and the choices you have.
R.L.Y ("The Developer") does not operate servers to collect your personal or financial Data. We do not sell personal information and we do not use advertising or in-app usage tracking/analytics.
The Application does not collect your name, email, phone number or any other Personally Identifiable Information.
All your financial data, from your parsed bank statements, is encrypted and stored only on your device. The Application only requests your Ponman Purchase History from the app store on your device, to determine if you are a subscriber.
All Data is stored locally using an on-device encrypted SQL database and local storage for settings and other preferences. The Developer does not have access to this Data. Your Data remains on your device unless you choose to export it as a cloud backup. If you export your Data, exported files are stored wherever you choose to save them.
You can manually choose, within Ponman, to perform cloud backups of your Data using your personal Google Drive. Since it is your personal Google Drive, the Developer does not receive or have access to these contents. Your use of Google Drive is governed by Google's terms and privacy policy. The Developer is not responsible for third-party services.
While we make every effort to maintain Data integrity, it's important to understand that we cannot guarantee against loss or corruption. To ensure an additional layer of protection, we recommend maintaining an independent backup of your Data.
Your Data is encrypted on-device. Security of on-device Data also depends on your device security features (such as passcode/biometrics and operating-system encryption). We recommend enabling protections to keep your Data secure.
Data can be deleted at any time by clearing all Data within the Application or by clearing the Application's data in your device settings. Uninstalling the Application will typically remove on-device Data, but may not remove Data included in device backups, depending on your platform settings. Deleting the Application from your device does not automatically delete cloud backups stored in Google Drive; you will need to delete the application Data from your Google Drive manually.
If you contact support, we may retain your message and any attachments as long as necessary to respond and for record-keeping, unless you request deletion where applicable.
We do not use analytics or advertising trackers. In some cases, your platform (such as the App Store or Google Play) may provide aggregated diagnostics such as crash reports, which can include device type, OS version, and app version. If you provide feedback from within the Application or by email, we receive only the information you choose to share.
