By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. We may update them from time to time by posting a new version on this website. If you continue using the Application after the update takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, Data, or goodwill arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Application. Where liability limitations are allowed, the Developer's total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Application in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim (or USD $0 if you did not pay). Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law.
The Application is licensed, not sold. Subject to these Terms, the Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application for your own personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control.
The Application and all related content and trademarks are owned by the Developer or licensors and are protected by applicable laws.
The Application may interact with third-party services (for example, Google Drive for backups, app store services, or external APIs). Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies, and the Developer is not responsible for them.
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may stop using the Application at any time. The Developer may suspend or terminate your access if you materially violate these Terms. Sections intended to survive (including Warranty Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, and Intellectual Property) will survive termination.
The Developer may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Application at any time, including features and supported integrations, and may release updates without obligation to continue supporting prior versions.
